Based on that understanding, we’ll develop a detailed search plan and screening questions to get at both your technical and your intangible/cultural requirements.
Attraction – Based on the information we learn about you and your company we will become as passionate about your business as you are. As a component of our presentation to potential candidates, we will take advantage of every possible opportunity to promote your company as an outstanding place to work.
Evaluation – Career Marketing gives special meaning to the candidate selection process during candidate analysis and evaluation. We provide in-depth evaluations and information to help you select qualified candidates.
Acquisition – We’re involved in every step of the resignation process in order to “counter offer-proof” the candidate to ensure a smooth transition to starting work at your company.
We have evolved into contract staffing by request from several of our best customers who asked if we could provide the same quality people was we do for direct hire. We gladly honored their requests and answered their question that we can provide the same top performing talent as for direct hire. We provide talent for the same markets in medical device, and related electronics, electro-mechanical and some pure mechanical companies. A couple of customers not satisfied with working with the large national companies asked us if we provide our usual top talent at lower cost than the large nation companies. While we do not do business based on being the lowest cost provider, we do not have the overhead of the large national companies and therefore frequently can provide the top talent for a lower price.
We, of course, have all of the required business insurances, workmen’s comp and use ADP for our back office payroll and government mandated tax payments.
